By Sierra Dorschutz Autumn is a season of change – leaves are turning brilliant colors and falling, the air is getting cooler, and you are filled with a wonderment of sorts, as nature shows you all she has. It’s times like these that you really appreciate the beauty Earth has given us; with every ruby-colored leaf and perfectly round pumpkin, there’s no denying that fall is a favorite season for many. These days, it’s hard not to look around and wonder how you can make an impact to preserve and protect this very environment. Walk through your kitchen – chances are there is some sort of container laying around, waiting to be taken out with your weekly recycling or trash. Whether it be a plastic jar or glass bottle, try giving it a new purpose instead of leaving it out to have an unknown future! Upcycling is a great alternative to recycling, and is a fun way to spend some time gettin’ down and crafty. Roll up your sleeves and join us in making an Upcycled Decor Pumpkin! GOOD GOURD!
