Also abundantly grown all over the world, Sweet Potatoes are highly nutritious and a fantastic source of many essential vitamins and minerals. ...which leads us to my recipe for Sweet Potato Pizza Pie. It's still our humble Sweet Potato, but in a new and exciting way. Free from the casserole dish and in a convenient, pantry- friendly dried form, its presence in this recipe sneaks in some welcome nutrients—perfect for picky eaters and carb-counters alike. This recipe is extremely versatile.
