Recipe - Ingredients Directions CRUST Makes one 12" Pizza. TOPPINGS We used seasonal ingredients we love—try your own combinations! • 1/2 cup swiig Dried Sweet Potato • 11/2 cups All-Purpose Flour • 1 packet (21/4 tsps) Active Dry Yeast • 11/2 tsps Sugar • 1 tsp Salt • 2 tbsps Olive Oil, plus a little extra • 3/4 cup Water • 3/4 cup Baby Spinach • 3/4 cup Fancy Mushrooms • 1 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese • 1/4 cup Sliced Red Onion • 2 tbsps Dried Cherries • Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar 1. Heat Water & Sugar to 105°–115° f . Sprinkle Yeast on top, let sit 10 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, combine Flour, Salt & Dried Sweet Potato in a large bowl. 3. Stir in Yeast/Water mixture & Olive Oil to form a wet, shaggy dough ball. Gently knead on a lightly floured surface for a few minutes to incorporate. 4. Rinse out your bowl, then lightly coat with Olive Oil. Add dough & turn to coat. Cover tightly. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm spot, or until doubled in size. 5. Preheat oven to 425° f . 6. Place dough on pizza pan & shape into a 12" disc; add toppings as desired. 7. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Yields 8 slices.
