always knew SQWARE MEALS was a great product; I have a background in nutrition and know the ingredients that make up this product are unlike anything else on the market. But because I have a good handle on which foods I should (and shouldn’t be) eating, I’ve never felt the need to follow any weight management programs. Throughout my adult life I’ve just done my own thing when it came to nutrition and hoped for the best results. When our owner suggested that our team try our new SQWARE MEALS Reboot Program for 30 days, we ALL jumped at the opportunity. I was about to begin an 8-week fitness challenge at my gym and needed a clean eating program to follow. I started meal prepping and cooking up simple and healthy meals from the recipes provided in the SQWARE MEALS manual. I logged my food (which got easier as time went on) and committed to drinking at least one SQWARE MEALS shake per day. Before I knew it, that shake was my FAVORITE meal of the day. I would simply blend it with almond milk, banana, and ice, and it was delicious. At the same time I was enjoying the shakes, I was eating the swiig Meal Replacement Bars when I traveled or when I needed a small meal. Unlike so many other bars on the market, the swiig Meal Replacement Bars aren’t overly sweet, and don’t have the artificial taste that most protein bars have, mainly because they are 100% real food.
