Nutrition Quarterly Summer 2022
1½ cups Frozen, Mixed Berries 1½ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk Yogurt 1½ scoops swiig Vanilla Whey Matrix 1 cup Water 2-3 tbsps Agave Nectar Additional Items You Will Need: • Food-Grade Wooden Popsicle Sticks or Paper Treat/ Lollipop Sticks • Metal Bundt Pan, Loaf Pan or Muffin Pan • Blender • Plastic Wrap 1. Optional, line pan with plastic wrap for easy removal of popsicles from pan once frozen. 2. Blend Frozen Berries & Water together in a blender, adding 1 tbsp of Agave Nectar. In a separate bowl, mix together the Coconut Milk Yogurt, Whey Protein, and remaining Agave Nectar (sweeten to taste). 3. Add contents to your pan, alternating between the Fruit and Yogurt Mixtures to create swirls and layers. 4. Once both Mixtures are poured into the pan, cover the pan with plastic wrap. Slit small holes for your popsicle sticks, about 2 inches apart (depending on the size and shape of your pan). We used a bundt pan, and were able to fit 9 sticks. Gently slide the sticks into the slits, to the bottom of the pan. 5. Freeze pan until set, or overnight. 6. Once frozen, remove pan from freezer. Set on countertop for about 10 minutes, slide your popsicle mold from pan. If mixture is stuck, let it sit a little longer. Carefully slice apart your popsicles between the sticks with a sharp kitchen knife. 7. Grab your sunglasses, sit back, and enjoy outside!
